@scottsantens: Randomly ran into the owner of Louisiana’s newspapers today. We were eating at the same counter. I mentioned universal basic income in response to what I do and was surprised to learn he hadn’t heard of it. Just goes to show that part of UBI advocacy remains conceptual awareness.
