Why do people deal with agencies while they could just rent their own homes by themselves? Do these agencies take a percentage from the rental after getting control over the property?

For the simpleist of answers just read your local newspaper. Any auction must be advertised a minimum of three times. You can teake note of auctioneers mentioned and call them to see when one would be coming up, you can also ask the bank when this might happen.pp

I have already gather a good team of Loan broker and Real Estate Agent. But What is consider a good project for Rookie real estate developer? And is the current time good for real estate investing.

Different parts of the country are good and some are bad for developing new real estate. A first project needs to be successful so that you can afford more, and for that reason I’d simply invest in a “spec” house. Meaning you build a house and sell it while its under construction or immediately after its done. Manage the process closely and you can make a few dollars.

I have been in real estate for 6 months and experienced no success in sales. I have spent money on advertisement, tried getting referrals, tried on line programs. Now I am broke and my credit is down the toilet, so I can not find suitable work. Where can I find qualified buyers? Are there free on ads that I can placed besides craiglist?

Question by trater04: How do you determine who owns real estate when you don’t know the address?
I would like to find out who owns real estate that is in a remote location and has no address. How do I tell the court house where the property is if I don’t have an address? I have never searched at the courthouse. Is it easy to find out who owns the property? Are there maps that can be viewed?

There are plat maps you can look at, but probably not at the tax assessor’s office. Ask where you can take a look at plat maps, probably at the planning office.

On my local tax assessor’s website, if you know a neighboring address, you can click “next” or “previous” and it takes you to the next address. Not exactly fool proof, but it could help.

You could ask a Realtor to help you out, find one that is very familiar with that area, they may be able to help.
