Agent works for a broker and has less requirements to get licensed. A broker can do anything real estate related, including loans in California and commercial real estate. As to which is better, it depends on you and what you like.

No, you do not need a license if you are buying for yourself. You just need to bring in your proof of funds. You have to pay 10% cash on the table at the auction and the other 90% within 30 days. They will want proof you will have that 90%.

I am considering buying a new camera for my real estate business as well as personal use. It will mostly be used for interior shots so a wide angle lens is essential.

Any will do. They are all basically the same. The cheapest right now is a Sony. Around $ 400. The kit lens will go from wide to short tele, enough for interior shots and general purpose shooting.

You get your own real estate agent. He/she will work for YOU. If you go the one listed, he/she works for the SELLER.

Multiple listing service allows all member real estate agents to sell the listed home and split the commissions.

If you’re a real estate investor, there is no need for you to obtain a real estate license.
